Designing a Creative and Collaborative Workspace: Ohmyhome's 11,000 Sqft Office TransformationWhen our team moved into our expansive 11,000 sqft office, we faced a limited budget, which required a creative approach to maximize our resources. Despite the budgetary constraints, the management had a clear vision for the space—a vision focused on fostering team collaboration and creating an environment where every employee would feel at home. Our goal was to design a "second home" for all who work here, a place that nurtures creativity, boosts productivity, and makes each team member feel valued.

Creating an Immersive Experience with Bold Branding
A key element of the design was ensuring the space reflected the essence of our brand identity, with a focus on vibrancy and energy. To achieve this, we infused the entire office with a bold orange color, creating an immersive environment that energizes both visitors and staff the moment they step inside. The use of orange not only aligns with our brand but also sets a tone of creativity and positivity that permeates the entire office, enhancing the work atmosphere. The orange bath at the entrance creates an immediate impact, establishing an environment that sparks innovation and fosters a sense of belonging.

Designing Tailored Spaces for Team Collaboration
Each meeting room was uniquely designed to cater to different moods and purposes, ensuring a customized environment for various types of discussions. Whether it’s a brainstorming session, a client pitch, or a team update, we made sure the spaces were adaptable to the needs of each gathering. Thoughtful attention to acoustics, lighting, and furniture ensured that each room was conducive to focused work and collaboration.

Thoughtful Amenities to Support Employees' Needs
In addition to meeting rooms, we designed thoughtful amenities aimed at enhancing the well-being of our team. Recognizing the diverse needs of our employees, we created a dedicated nursing room for women and a kids' room to support colleagues who occasionally need to bring their children to work. These amenities reflect our commitment to fostering a family-friendly environment that accommodates the needs of all employees, making the office feel like a supportive and welcoming space for both work and personal life.
