This project focused on breathing new life into a 15-year-old Good Class Bungalow (GCB), originally designed by Chan Shao Yan. Our client wanted a complete refresh that would modernize the home while using high-quality materials and avoiding a conventional look.
Inside, we revamped the entire lighting system, replaced water tanks, and upgraded the central air conditioning for improved efficiency. On the exterior, we transformed key spaces, including the bedrooms, gym, entertainment room, dining room, and dry kitchen. The house’s exterior was remodeled to give it a fresh, modern facelift.
To achieve the client’s vision, we employed a mix of micro cement framed with metal and natural marble, resulting in an organic yet contemporary aesthetic. This combination of materials provided a refined yet unconventional look, perfectly tailored to the client’s taste.
